Maintenance - Workers

DEPARTMENT: MAINTENANCE
SUPERVISOR: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
EXEMPT: NO
SALARY LEVEL:
GAMING LICENSE: Category III

Summary:
Responsible for the upkeep of the casino building

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will perform preventive maintenance according to time schedule and
procedures set up by the supervisor

- Will respond to emergency situations regarding facilities and grounds
maintenance

- Will assist with maintenance inventory for supplies, tools, equipment,
and machinery

- During winter, ice and snow removal will be done daily or as needed
- Will be responsible for performing basic and preventive maintenance on
equipment

- Will perform other duties as assigned

Casino floor

Qualification requirements:
- Must have knowledge of maintenance skills and equipment
- Must have knowledge of basic electrical skills
- Must have knowledge of mechanical skills
- Must have knowledge of grounds keeping skills
- Must have knowledge of housekeeping skills
- Must have the ability to learn the schematics of the casino floor plans
- Must be in good physical health

Education and/or experience:
- GED or High School Diploma
- Certification from basic or specialized maintenance training program
