- Membership cards will be the property of the Golden Eagle Casino and must be returned to the Casino upon request.
- Lost or stolen cards must be reported to the Eagle Rewards Club immediately.
- Duplicate cards will not be issued without proper identification.
- Golden Eagle Casino is not responsible for lost, misused or stolen cards or for points from those cards.
- Rules of the Eagle Rewards Club may vary with specific promotions.
- It is the player’s responsibility to make sure cards are properly inserted and / or shown to the dealers at the table.
- Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunction, operator’s error, or manipulation.
- Eagle Rewards Club card and valid photo I.D. must be presented at the Eagle Rewards Club when redeeming points.
- Golden Eagle Casino reserves the right to cancel or modify the Eagle Rewards Club program at any time without notice and at its sole discretion.
- After 15 months of non-card use and / or no points earned, your membership will be considered expired and all points will be voided.
- Simply present a valid photo ID and you will receive your Eagle Rewards Club card instantly and absolutely FREE!
